DELUXE ROOM WITH BALCONY – 38 SQ.M.

 ● Single occupancy: 3,200 THB (1 person)
 ● Double occupancy: 3,500 THB (2 persons)

EXECUTIVE ROOM (NO BALCONY) – 45 SQ.M.

 ● Single occupancy: 4,200 THB (1 person)
 ● Double occupancy: 4,500 THB (2 persons)

Rate Inclusions

✔  Daily buffet breakfast for up to 2 persons per room

✔  Welcome drink & cold towel upon arrival
✔  In-room amenities, including two bottles of water (replenished daily)

Additional Charges:

 ● Extra Adult: 1,200 THB per night
 ● Extra Child (under 16 years): 600 THB per night

 ● Van (4-8 pax): 900 THB per way

Check-in / Check-out

 ● Standard Check-in: 14:00 hrs
 ● Standard Check-out: 12:00 hrs (noon)
 ● Early Check-in (06:00 – 12:00 hrs, subject to availability): 50% of the room rate
 ● Late Check-out (until 18:00 hrs, subject to availability): 50% of the room rate
 ● Late Check-out (after 18:00 hrs, subject to availability): Full one-night charge

Terms & Conditions

 ● Special rate cut-off date: Reservations must be made by 14 May 2025. After this date, rates will be subject to availability at online prices.
 ● Room availability: Specific room types are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
 ● Non-commissionable rates: The rates listed above are exclusive to this group and are non-commissionable.
 ● Changes in room allocation: The hotel reserves the right to amend the rates if the total number of rooms booked changes.
 ● Payment & Cancellation Policy:
  ◦ Full payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
  ◦ Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Full payment will be forfeited in case of cancellation. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given
  ◦ In case of early check-out or shortening of stay, no refund will be made.
