From now until 31 August 2025, our chefs have prepared an exclusive Lobster Festival menu that puts the spotlight on one of the ocean’s finest ingredients. Carefully selected Phuket lobster is featured in every dish, from appetizers to mains.

• Lobster Salad: A light yet luxurious beginning. Succulent poached lobster served atop a bed of umami-rich seaweed salad, drizzled with creamy sesame dressing and accented by juicy ripe mango. Finished with a crisp cracker for that perfect crunch in every bite.

• Linguine Lobster Pasta with Arrabbiata Sauce and Tomato Bruschetta: A harmony of heat and finesse. Al dente linguine is tossed in a bold arrabbiata sauce, bringing a balanced kick of spice and richness. Topped with tender chunks of fresh lobster and paired with vibrant tomato bruschetta to refresh the palate between bites.

• Grilled Lobster with Potato Gratin and Truffle Mushroom Sauce: A gourmet main course that elevates the evening. Perfectly grilled lobster meets a velvety potato gratin, enhanced by the earthiness of a truffle-infused mushroom sauce. Served with a smooth green pea purée for a refined touch of color and sweetness.
