• Bookings must be made via ALL.com or directly with the hotel reservation team.
• Rent for 14 to 30 nights must be prepaid upon confirmation to secure the room.
• Quiet hours are from 22:00–08:00; visitors must register at the front desk.
• No smoking inside the room (balcony only permitted).
• No cooking, kitchen appliances, or commercial activities without approval.
• The hotel is not responsible for parcels or outside food delivery.
• Durian and mangosteen are prohibited; a THB 5,000 cleaning fee applies.
• Deposits may be used to cover damages or unpaid charges.
• The hotel is not liable for lost items; in-room safes are provided.
• The hotel may terminate the stay for non-payment, rule violations, or illegal activity.
• Shortened stays incur a 30% increase in the daily rate (e.g., THB 2,500/day for 14 nights becomes THB 3,250/day if reduced to 10 nights).
