• Bookings must be made via ALL.com or directly with the hotel reservation team at least 3 days prior arrival date.
• Minimum stay of 2 nights required. Shortened stays or early departures will be charged in full; unused nights are non‑refundable.
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable
• Package inclusions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services
• Unused services will be forfeited without compensation
• Room upgrades are available at standard supplement rates
• Extra person charge: THB 1,200 net per night, inclusive of daily breakfast only
• Extra person charge for Thai Cooking Class: THB 3,000 net per couple, THB 2,200 net per person
